If you’re entering the competition, plan to arrive between 2 and 3 PM for setup. Judging kicks off promptly at 3, with public tastings running until 5. We’ll provide tasting cups and napkins—you’ll need to bring your own table, canopy, cooler, and ice if needed, along with chips, crackers, or anything else that complements your salsa or hot sauce. Make your space inviting and ready for the crowd!
